How to play

Euchre, made simple

  1. Call trump. Order up the turned suit, or pass and choose another suit in round two.
  2. Follow suit. The highest trump wins; otherwise the highest card in the led suit wins.
  3. Mind the bowers. The Jack of trump is highest. The other Jack of the same color is second-highest and counts as trump.
  4. Score. Makers earn 1 point for 3–4 tricks, 2 for all 5. A lone sweep earns 4. Getting euchred gives defenders 2.

Partners sit opposite. First team to 10 wins. If your timer reaches zero, a legal move is played for you.
