Card values
Aces count as 1. Number cards use the number printed on the card. Jacks count as 11, queens as 12, and kings as 13. A king is removed by itself.
Which cards are available
A pyramid card is available only when no cards overlap it from the row below. Every card in the bottom row begins exposed. The top waste card is also available.
How stock cards pair
The top waste card can pair with one exposed pyramid card. Two waste cards cannot pair because only the top waste card is available.
